Refund Policy

A registration fee of $50.00 will be assessed if enrollment is canceled after registration.

If you cancel your enrollment or are dismissed for non-complience of student policy before completion of more than 45% of the program, you will be charged the registration fee referenced in the preceding paragraph, a termination fee of $100.00, and a pro-rated fee based upon the percentage of completion times and the total tuition amount.

If you cancel your enrollment or are dismissed for non-compliance of student policy after completion of more than 45% of the program, you will be charged the Full Amount of the Tuition.

Refund Example-A

If a student has paid in full for the Fundamental or Advanced Courses (paid seperately) and has recieved 22 hours of instruction and cancels his/her enrollment or is dismissed, he/she would have attended 29% of the program (22 hour divide by 75 hours equals 29%) and his refund would be as follows:

  • Registration Fee                            $50.00
  • $1,350.00 times 29%                     $391.50
  • Termination Fee                            $100.00
  • Total Charges                               $541.50
  • Refund Amount $1,350 - $541.50 =  $808.50

Refund Example-B

If a student has paid in full for the Fundamental or Advanced Courses and has recieved less than 67.5 hours of instruction (45% of total curriculum paid for) and cancels his/her enrollment or is dismissed, the refund would be calculated using the same formula referenced above.  The following is an example of how his refund would be calculated:

  • Registratio Fee                                  $50.00
  • $2,550.00 times 43%                          $1,096.50
  • Termination Fee                                 $100.00
  • Total Charges                                    $1,246.50
  • Refund Amount $2,550.00 - $1,246.50 = $1,303.50

(If 67.5 Hours or more are completed, the whole tuition is charged.)

If you cancel your enrollment or are dismissed for non-compliance of student policy and a refund is due; the amount will be calculated on the last day you attend class and will be made within sixty days of cancellation, dismissal, or attendance.

Late Enrollment Fee

If enrollment is not received seven days prior to class commencement, a late enrollment fee of $50.00 will be charged, in addition to the registration feee and class tuition.

Attendance Requirements / Tardiness

A maximum of three absences and/or tardy arrivals will be allowed per course study.  All classes missed must be made up, including tests (written and oral), homework or any other curriculum.  An absence is a failure to attend scheduled classes.  There will be no distinction made between excused and unexcused absences.  Tardiness is defined as arriving to class five or more minutes after scheduled commencement time.  If a student is absent or tardy more than the three allowed instances, disciplinary action will be taken.  Such action could range from conference with instructor to dismissal, based upon circumstances.

Job Placement
